How many guests can stay at Seaside Villa?Our villa has 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. There are some rooms that have 2 beds in the room. Seaside Villa JA is a 2 storey, 5,000 square foot house. There are private balconies, cute terraces and gazebos to enjoy time together or sneak off for some alone time. Overall, the villa is perfect for groups of up to 14 people.

Is the beach close by?In Treasure Beach, you are surrounded by beaches! The villa is 1 minute walk to the beach. There are a total of 5 swimming bays along 6 miles of coastline. It's a quiet place. Most of the time, you will be the only person there. It's like having your our private beach.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?Yes, we're happy to! Please let us know your needs at least two weeks before traveling and we'll take care of the rest. If what you need is not available in Treasure Beach, Jamaica, we will let you know and together, we'll work on finding a solution.

Do I have to participate in everything?Of course not! You are always in control of your own choices and you will always have options to plan a meaningful and memorable celebration in Jamaica. We are here to help you make that happen!

Do we need to rent a car?Once you are in Treasure Beach, there are so many walkable places to visit. Because of the villa's great location, you can walk to restaurants, bars, grocery stores and gift shops.

What airport do I fly into?You should book your flight into Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay (MBJ). As long as you arrive on time, once you've cleared customs and officially stepped onto Jamaican soil, you'll be greeted by someone from our team.

Is it safe to travel to Jamaica?Overall, the crime incidents involving tourists in Jamaica remains extremely low at 0.01% and visitors can continue to come with confidence to enjoy all that Jamaica has to offer. Jamaica welcomes more than 4 million visitors each and every year and continues to be one of the most popular destinations in the world.
